Don’t look back.
Don’t look down.
If you want the world,
Then leave the ground.

You there, standing in the harbor,
With your heart still half-afraid,
Tell me what you’re waiting for
When the moon has lit the way.

You can keep your quiet shoreline.
You can pray the storm goes by.
But the ones who touch tomorrow
Are the ones who dare to try.

Raise your eyes.
Take my hand.
There is no fortune on the sand.

Hearts were made
To cross the line.
We set our course,
Steady our spine.

All hands to the tide,
All hearts to the waves.
The moon has laid a silver road
For the ones who would be brave.

All hands to the tide,
No turning behind.
There is a world underneath,
And tonight that world is mine.

Let them call the sea too wild.
Let them call the dream too far.
I would rather chase the storm
Than leave my hope so far.

Every rope is in my palm.
Every sail is open wide.
If the ocean wants a calm,
Let it hear the voice inside.

Hold your line.
Feel it rise.
This is where the old life dies.

Release the fear.
Race from the shore.
We were made for something more.

All hands to the tide,
All hearts to the waves.
The moon has laid a silver road
For the ones who would be brave.

All hands to the tide,
No turning behind.
There is a world underneath,
And tonight that world is mine.
Tonight that world is mine.

That world is mine.

Both tracks start at 100%. Lower either one to practice. Lyrics are shown without timed highlighting.

The character

Meet Mira Vane

Mira is the human spark that sets Hidden Tide in motion: a young captain who believes maps are invitations, not limits. Her confidence draws a crew toward the impossible, but her hunger to know what lies beneath can become a current stronger than judgment. The performer must hold authority, mischief, tenderness, and dangerous curiosity in the same breath.

Moonrise · The night before departureMira Vane

The harbor is pretending to sleep. I can hear every rope complain against its post, every sail holding one last breath. They call the horizon empty because they have never listened hard enough.

My captain’s coat waits over the chart chair, its brass closures catching moonlight. The spyglass beside it is still open to the horizon. Brine says a captain must love the ship more than the destination. Perhaps.

I have signed no promise to return unchanged.

Build the silhouette

Costume tells us who she is before she speaks.

No prescribed face, hair, skin tone, or ethnicity. Bring yourself. Use these materials as character clues, not a uniform.

Wardrobe language
  • Midnight naval coat with worn brass closures
  • Ink-blue silk shirt made to move in the rigging
  • High-waisted weathered trousers and salt-marked boots
  • A flash of silver at the throat—never a crown
Styling signature
  • The long captain’s coat creates authority before Mira speaks
  • Wind, salt, and movement should keep the silhouette adventurous—not ceremonial
  • No prescribed face, hair color, texture, or skin tone; the performer defines the captain
Personal effects
  • A star chart covered in private corrections
  • Silver compass that points somewhere unexpected
  • Collapsible telescope and captain’s log
  • A single unfinished letter home
